When Ryburgh Village Shop was set up in 2009, the computers and all other IT hardware installed was old cast off equipment from another business.

Six years later this obsolete hardware needed to be replaces. Richard assessed the need and produced a very comprehensive and detailed quote that was a significant factor in us being awarded a grant to replace the IT equipment.

The replacement of the hardware was quick and efficient, with much of the preparation being done off-site before he brought the equipment to us. All the software was pre-installed and the changeover was effectively seamless with no disruption to the operation of the shop.

Since the installation, Richard has returned to check the systems and register the software licences.
